Antelope Walk is very pleased to announce the arrival of Dorchester Podiatry and Wellbeing to The Walk. After over 20yrs in Dorchester, the practice moved to Unit 15 in the walk, offering treatment rooms, waiting area and retail space. A HCPC registered clinic, Dorchester Podiatry has an excellent reputation catering for all foot and lower leg health needs. Owner and Podiatrist Michelle Scott, is the Chairman of the Royal College of Podiatry, overseeing the sector and keeping abreast of all new advancements. Owner and Reflexologist Johnathan Scott is the other half of the husband-and-wife duo.
Owner and Podiatrist, Michelle Scott comments: “We’re very excited to now be established in Antelope Walk. There is easy access for our patients, nearby parking facilities and a wonderful community atmosphere with the other businesses. On our first day of opening, we had 21 walk-ins which is wonderful for us from a business and awareness perspective.”
Dorchester Podiatry is committed to providing an excellent level of service, offering long-term solutions including nail cutting, corns and hard skin removal (callus), in-growing toenails, fungal infections, and verruca treatments, we offer specialist care for people with foot problems due to diabetes, arthritis and flat or problematic feet. Sports physio and a gait analysis service is also available.
Within the practice there is also a Reflexologist which hones in on general wellbeing, looking to reduce the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders.
The team at Dorchester Podiatry and Wellbeing are also looking to expand their team and work with the local apprenticeship scheme to introduce young people to the sector. Currently the business has two openings for Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeships and is a training establishment for student Podiatrists.
